Terms of Service

Welcome to Irish 25: Card Game. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Irish 25: Card Game mobile application ("App") operated by Tricksmith Games, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and is intended for users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or if you are a minor, that your parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

The App uses anonymous authentication and Apple Game Center for account functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Game Center account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:

  • Virtual currency (coins)
  • VIP and VIP Pro subscription memberships

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

Virtual currency and items purchased or earned in the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App. We reserve the right to modify virtual currency pricing and availability at any time.

6. User Conduct

When using multiplayer features, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the game
  • Attempt to manipulate game systems or leaderboards
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, audio, and game mechanics, are owned by Tricksmith Games, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Game Center, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRICKSMITH GAMES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings menu. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
